What to do when you reach your email quota

Cleaning up email with MyCE.nuim.ie

You can delete hundreds of messages without reclaiming much of your email quota space, these instructions show you how to find your largest messages so that you can quickly reduce your quota usage.

  • Log on to https://myce.nuim.ie
  • In your Inbox click on the word “Size” twice. The arrow next to “Size” should point down which means that the largest message appears first. The icon should look like this: My Calendar and Email
  • Look to see which of your email folders are the largest
    • In the folder list on the left click “Manage Folders”
